How to returnan item? Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned,unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

ReturnForm and the original receipt.
Some itemscannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, oraltered will not be accepted for return or exchange. This also includestreats/bakery, sales, clearance and discounts.
All items aresubject to a 20%restocking fee. This willbe deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping andhandling that you paid on the order.
If yourclothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item fora different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in thiscase, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
