Do you ship internationally?

Yes, some brands and items are excluded from International Shipping.

 

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No.


When will I get my stuff?

By logging in, you can retrieve tracking information and past history. Please refer to our Shipping information, (note that an order may consist of multiple packages shipped from different locations in the country) which will include your tracking numbers. In some cases, one item will ship out before the rest of the order is ready to ship, or an order will be held so that the items can be combined into one shipment.

 

Please note: K9 TO K9, reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may need to be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. 

 

When will you charge my credit card?

When you place an order, an authorization is put on your card for the amount of your order.  Your credit card is not charged until your items are shipped and tracking information is available. 

 

Is my credit card information safe if I place an order online?

Yes.  


Can I use a Gift Card from (Visa / MasterCard) on my purchase?
 

PayPal has specifically designed a system to help online retailers and customers to associate Prepaid Gift Cards from (Visa / MasterCard) as payment sources for their PayPal accounts.  Please go to, PayPal landing page "How To Pay With PayPal Gift Cards".

 

I can't add items to my shopping cart, see my shopping cart or access My Account.

K9 TO K9, requires your web browser to accept cookies and to have java script turned on in order to access certain areas and functions of our website, such as the shopping cart and my account sections. What does my Order Status mean?

 Orders can be modified or canceled only while their status is listed as "Order Received."  Once an order has been marked as "Order Processed," it cannot be canceled or modified, as the order has been processed and in line to be shipped out.

 

How can I tell if an item is in stock?

Stock and availability information will be shown once you have selected a size / color when viewing a product.  This information will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. 

 

How do I know what size to get?

Some items such as collars, leashes and apparel, etc, may have a size chart, size. It also may be useful to look up the product brand's web site, or call us and we can help!

Does K9 TO K9 offer discount codes or coupons?

Not currently.

 

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, you can use our standard checkout. Just make sure to select the appropriate APO State. APO orders will be shipped by USPS and are handled differently from our other orders (typically they will take up 1-5 business days longer to ship)

 

How does the "No Sales Tax" work? 

For those states in which we are not required to pay sales tax, the consumer may be responsible for use tax. Please check with your state and local laws regarding to use tax and how it may affect you.
